Anthony Gibbs | Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Gibbs

Anthony Gibbs is responsible for leading Sentis on its mission to change the lives of individuals and organisations for the better every day.

Since joining Sentis eight years ago, Anthony has had the opportunity to work with thousands of people, across hundreds of organisations globally, developing solutions that support strategy, by enabling the person component to reach its full potential.

Anthony has been committed to the application of psychology to enhance human performance for over 15 years, and is passionate about leading his multi-disciplinary team to provide market leading, fit for purpose solutions that truly address the needs of Sentis partners.

Darren Kennedy | GM Operations

Darren Kennedy

Darren holds a Bachelor of Business and has developed his skill areas across broad areas of business including Leadership, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, Tenders and Contract, Finance and Accounting, CRM and other software systems.

Since joining Sentis in 2011, Darren has enjoyed various client facing roles including Project Manager and Client Services Manager. He applies his passion and drive to all aspects of the client engagement; facilitating partnerships with Sentis and client SME’s to diagnose and benchmark aspects of culture, formulating strategies to achieve long term sustainable improvement and overseeing the implementation, reporting and management of large scale projects.

Darren has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients including Sydney Trains, GrainCorp, Ergon Energy and BHP Olympic Dam spanning a range of industries including transport, rail, mining and resources, utilities, agriculture, logistics and finance. This experience allows Darren to bring a strong client focus to the Sentis Operations team delivering the Project Support, Consultancy, Research, People and Culture, and Finance functions of Sentis.

Peter Cramb | GM Products & Technology

Peter Cramb

Peter is an experienced leader and specialist in digital strategy, development, user experience and project delivery. With nearly 20 years’ experience delivering innovative and award-winning digital solutions across public and private sectors including financial services, healthcare, transport, insurance, education and manufacturing.

With qualifications ranging from software development, statistics and education, Peter has a data driven approach, complemented by a fundamental understanding of learning and engagement. He is passionate about using his technical background to provide business benefits through translating complex problems into innovative and simple user experience solutions.

David Fairburn | Regional Manager Client Solutions

David Fairburn

Since joining Sentis in 2011, David has demonstrated his expertise as a true client advocate in his previous role as Sentis Global Project Manager and current role as Regional Manager for New South Wales and Victoria. He applies his passion and drive to all aspects of the client engagement and has enjoyed partnering with clients across a span of industries including Genesis Energy, Glencore, the Suncorp Group, Rio Tinto, Incitec Pivot, Lendlease, State and Federal Government.

David brings to the role more than 14 years’ experience across a variety of industries with strengths in business development, marketing, management, strategic planning and project management.

In line with our values ‘bring our passion’ and ‘seek mastery’ David looks forward to building new client relationships, strengthening existing partnerships and continuing a strong client focus within his new role, driven by the Sentis mission to change the lives of individuals and organisations every day for the better.

Bruno Anjos | Regional Manager Client Solutions

Bruno Anjos

With a background in clinical psychology and more than 15 years’ experience in the field, Bruno has a strong track record in partnering with clients to achieve safety culture excellence and sustainable change.

Originally from Europe, his diverse set of skills ranging from facilitation to coaching and leadership have driven him to work in numerous industries across Australia and throughout the world. Currently managing the Queensland, New Zealand and Middle East regions, Bruno has worked with high profile clients in the mining, finance and construction industries both in the Asia Pacific and Middle East and has presented keynotes at safety conferences across the globe.

Bruno brings his passion to every aspect of his role and is driven by helping organisations change their cultures for the better every day.
