Chris McKee    
Chris is a registered Psychologist in the State of Queensland. Prior to joining Sentis, she worked as a consulting Organisational Development Specialist in the mining and resources sector. In this role, Chris worked with individuals across all levels of an organisation on concepts including strategic alignment, change management, values identification and leadership skill development.    
    
Chris has previously worked with children and adolescents in private practice, focusing upon psychological assessment and intervention for learning difficulties. Additionally, she worked with adolescents and young adults in a counselling environment for drug and alcohol addictions, and within the public sector specialising in Mental Health Promotion. This included working in secondary schools on the Gold Coast assessing and providing counselling for suicide prevention and intervention.    
    
At Sentis, Chris is dedicated to the delivery of ZIP, as this fulfils her passion for facilitating change in others and providing the tools for people to become aware of 'why they are who they are'.       
       
Jane Austin              
Jane's previous work as both a clinical and neuro-psychologist has provided her with the experience and knowledge to assist others to deal with a wide variety of life challenges. Jane has worked in both the private and public sector in the areas of community mental health, substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation, and neuropsychological and brain injury assessment and rehabilitation. Jane completed her PhD in 2004 where her research investigated the impact of stress and coping on Neuro cognitive functioning on individuals working within a large organisation.              
              
At Sentis, Jane brings practical and research expertise to her work by applying it to the development and facilitation of psychologically based programs designed to enhance participants' ability to keep themselves both physically and psychologically safe and well.               
              
Kym Bancroft              
Prior to joining Sentis, Kym worked across the areas of organisational and counselling psychology. She previously held the position of Career and Transition Services Manager where she was directly responsible for the co-ordination, development and delivery of several Federal Government funded initiatives. Kym managed a team of counsellors and support staff and was responsible for performance management and professional development. Within this role, she focused primarily on providing assistance to adolescents and adults who were encountering significant psychological challenges.              
              
Kym has worked recently as a Consultant to the Government Office of London where she was responsible for the design and delivery of crime prevention initiatives across North London. She also has experience in career counselling; recruitment and selection; training design and development; workplace assessment; development of partnerships between community, business and education sectors; in addition to project management. Kym is currently completing a Masters in Organisational Psychology.   
   
At Sentis, Kym combines her skills and experience in the facilitation of ZIP processes, in addition to playing a key role in the recruitment and development of Sentis people.              
              
Sarah Colley              
Prior to joining Sentis, Sarah worked across a range of areas in the field of organisational psychology. Sarah's previous experience includes psychological assessment, personnel selection and recruitment, and training assessment and evaluation.               
              
Sarah has worked as a consulting psychologist for both State Government departments and private consulting companies. In this role she gained experience in: development and administration of assessment tools/taxonomies aimed at measuring the effectiveness of state safety initiatives; project management of state-wide recruitment campaigns; development of psychological profiles for candidates and the provision of profile feedback; in addition to assessing the effectiveness of multilevel parenting and family intervention programs. Sarah is currently completing her PhD in Organisational Psychology examining the antecedents, moderator influences, and consequences of an organisation’s safety climate.               
              
At Sentis, Sarah brings her knowledge and expertise in psychology, particularly with regards to psychological assessment and safety psychology, and applies this during the delivery of ZIP processes and in the development of psychometric tools used to assess the effectiveness of ZIP.              
              
Brent Durham              
Brent is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is an Associate Fellow with the Australian Institute of Management. Brent has worked within the accounting/financial management field for over 15 years and brings to Sentis a depth of experience in financial and business management.              
              
Prior to joining Sentis, Brent held the position of Financial Controller with a peak sporting control body in Queensland, and successfully lead the Corporate Services Group for a national financial services firm. Brent's experience ranges from providing leadership in financial and business management reform, mergers of public companies, external/internal auditing and implementing risk management practices and procedures.               
              
At Sentis, Brent's primary goal is to manage the people and business towards further success, while building its professional reputation within its target market through the development of effective business relationships.               
              
Lincoln Eldridge              
Since joining Sentis in 2003, Lincoln has focused upon providing people with an understanding of how they can take responsibility for their personal safety. This has been achieved through the application of the ZIP principles and tools that specifically give people an understanding of their brain and how to take control of their thinking processes.              
              
Lincoln has worked around Australia and North America in underground and open cut coal mining, bauxite mining and diamond mining in the leadership/management, operations and processing areas. He also has experience working within the electricity distribution and supply industry along with road construction. As an Indigenous Australian, Lincoln has been involved in the creation and delivery of programs to remote indigenous populations in the Far North Queensland area.              
              
At Sentis, Lincoln is involved in the design, delivery and customisation of psychologically based programs focused upon improving the safety performance of business leaders and therefore their organisations. He has been responsible for the creation and implementation of processes and programs that are designed specifically to maintain and develop a business safety culture over an indefinite period of time.              
              
Miles Knickerbocker              
Miles has a true passion for the science of psychology and understating the why, what and how of the human condition. He has undergone his professional training both in Australia and in the USA, completing a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has worked across the fields of clinical psychology, neuropsychology and community mental health. While working in these areas he has held several key positions, with his main focus being on helping people gain a better understanding and knowledge of themselves, and how to use this knowledge to maximise their potential, achieve their goals and overcome life's challenges. Miles also possesses extensive experience in the areas of psychological and neuropsychological assessment, in addition to conducting and designing psychological research that focuses largely upon the presentation of knowledge and psychological skills within a group training format to help overcome various mental and physical challenges (e.g. anxiety, depression, brain injury).              
              
At Sentis, Miles combines his experience, knowledge of the brain, and passion for helping people maximise their potential in his design of ZIP products and through the sharing of ZIP principles and skills with clients.              
              
Jonathan Lincoln              
Jonathan is the original designer of the Zero Incident Process® and the Business Leader of Sentis.              
              
Possessing a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and after working for over 7 years as a clinical and assessment psychologist in a successful private practice, Jonathan has for more than 6 years focused his attention upon the psychological aspects of safety performance within heavy industry. He has worked with many multi-national companies within 5 countries, and works successfully across all levels of an organisation – from work teams through to executive teams. This work experience has provided Jonathan with the ability to deal effectively and realistically with the human challenges that are faced within the workplace.               
              
Jonathan's focus upon the practical aspects of psychology and his understanding of the clients' business ensures that the results of the work he undertakes are relevant to the operation. He has an excellent ability to present clinical information in terms that can be understood by all levels within an organisation.               
              
At Sentis, Jonathan utilises his extensive experience in the design, customisation, and delivery of psychologically based programs to develop certain cognitive skills and thinking patterns in participants that assist in keeping themselves safe and/or lead directly to greater performance and well-being.              
              
Kym Lincolne              
Sentis highly values the development of its own people. To address this need, Kym Lincolne was employed in 2003 as the Internal Development Facilitator. This role is solely focused upon the maintenance of a culture of excellence and the peak performance of its people.          
          
With a background in Counselling and Neural Linguistics Programming (NLP), Kym understands motivation and the components that add to meaningful careers – providing an invaluable foundation for the 'People Processes' at Sentis, which includes recruitment and the ongoing training and development of its people.              
              
Clive Lloyd              
Prior to joining Sentis in 2003, Clive worked as a psychologist for 8 years in the area of substance abuse treatment, in addition to running a successful private practice. Holding an Honours Degree in Clinical Psychology, he formerly held the senior clinical positions of Drug Court Coordinator and Assistant Director of the Gold Coast Drug Council, and Clinical Director of the Goldbridge Rehabilitation Centre. In these positions, Clive was responsible for the creation and implementation of numerous innovative treatment and personal growth programs including the Gold Coast Drug Council's highly acclaimed 'Drug Court' initiative.              
              
At Sentis, Clive utilises his skills and experience by integrating clinical concepts and therapeutic tools into Sentis products such as ZIP. He draws from his clinical experience and passion for the area when facilitating Sentis programs, in addition to working on a number of ground-breaking programs designed to promote safety and wellbeing within the organisations that comprise our clients.              
              
Gene Moyle              
Gene possesses over 10 years experience working across the fields of occupational, clinical, counselling, and sport and exercise psychology as an applied practitioner, academic, and facilitator. Holding a Masters Degree and a Doctorate of Psychology in Sport and Exercise, she has undertaken research in stress, coping and the psychological predictors of injury in elite athletes and performers. In addition to working at QUT Counselling Services and as the Peak Performance Psychologist at QUT Creative Industries - Dance, she previously held the positions of Health Services Co-ordinator and Senior Psychologist for a national private health company providing services to both government departments and private sector businesses.               
              
Gene has additionally run a successful private practice focusing upon performance enhancement across the sport and business sectors. She has worked with a large number of elite athletes and sporting teams at both the State, National and Olympic level as a National Network Provider for the Australian Institute of Sport, and is currently the Sport Psychology Co-ordinator at the Queensland Academy of Sport. Her primary area of applied focus is performance enhancement, including performance coaching which she has undertaken with individuals, teams and management groups within the elite sporting and private business sectors. She has been a guest presenter at various conferences and published articles both in Australia and overseas.              
              
At Sentis, Gene combines her knowledge and experience of working with both elite athletes and individuals with significant barriers to assist in the enhancement of an individual's performance, safety, health and wellbeing across their personal and professional lives. She is additionally responsible for the development and implementation of a number of Sentis products and processes related to ZIP and the business as a whole.              
              
Vicki Robertson              
Vicki has a strong Customer Service/Administration background with over 15 years experience in a diverse range of industries including Food Service, Animal Health and Communication. She has previously held the positions of Team Leader, Sales Administrator for QLD/NSW, in addition to working on the helpdesk within a large National Call Centre. She is currently completing a Certificate IV in Business.               
              
At Sentis, Vicki is part of our office based support team and is primarily responsible for all our Pre and Post ZIP Program Processes.               
              
Kath Ross              
Kath Ross has a background in Human Resources, having worked in a variety of Corporate and Operations HR and Front Line Management roles, within Cadbury Schweppes plc and Gillette UK Ltd before moving to Australia in 1998.              
              
Since 1998, Kath worked as a self employed HR generalist, specialising in the areas of recruitment and performance management. In 2001, Kath joined Prospect Consulting where she project managed large scale recruitment campaigns and delivered Frontline Leadership training, mainly within the mining industry, as well as working with clients to redesign their performance management processes and training staff at all levels in how to maximize the benefit of these processes.              
              
As a founding member of Sentis, Kath is now one of the office based team primarily responsible for the scheduling and logistical planning that is necessary to ensure the smooth running of all ZIP processes.              
              
Kellie Rothwell              
Kelly brings to Sentis experience in consulting across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom as an Organisational Psychologist, holding a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology. Most recently, Kelly has worked within Queensland providing various consulting services to both public and private organisations, including development of competency frameworks and selection tools, psychometric and psychological assessment, cultural change management, organisational needs analyses, leadership training, and the management of research projects regarding human resources and strategic planning.              
         
Previously, Kelly has conducted lengthy research on the New Zealand logging industry and the impacts of organisational climates and cultures upon job satisfaction and safety culture, producing practical recommendations that were incorporated into the workplace and presented via publications internationally. She has additionally managed several long-term projects in London, focusing specifically on recruitment and workforce management in the health and financial sectors.              
              
At Sentis, Kelly combines her experience, skills and passion for empowering people to provide facilitation of ZIP processes.              
              
Jamie Toth              
Prior to joining the Sentis, Jamie worked for more than 15 years with young people, families and adults within clinical settings. He has formerly held the position of Clinical Director for three Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment facilities, in addition to lecturing for the University of Queensland. During his time in private practice, Jamie consulted with many organisations, providing clinical supervision, skill based training programs and clinical program design, including the development of an award winning program for the Brisbane Youth Detention Centre.   
   
At Sentis, Jamie now brings his extensive clinical experience to the area of safety psychology. Through effective facilitation skills, Jamie assists individuals to enhance their abilities to use cognitive skills and insights to improve both their capacity to ensure their personal safety and general well being.              
              
Tracey Waters              
Tracey is a Queensland State-registered psychologist who holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has researched and worked in the field of applied psychology for over 10 years. Prior to joining Sentis, Tracey applied her knowledge and experience in psychology to the fields of occupational and clinical psychology, where her work focused upon the emotional and cognitive factors associated with individual success in the workplace. Tracey's experience includes the psychological assessment, skills development and counselling of a diverse range of individuals experiencing difficulty, and has worked successfully with people both individually and in groups to enhance job satisfaction and personal success.              
              
Tracey is highly experienced in the design, development and facilitation of psychologically based programs. She manages and coordinates the wellbeing version of ZIP. Recent projects also include leadership development, team building, and professional development coaching. She has worked with a variety of individuals ranging from administration staff to managing directors, with her primary goal being to help people better understand themselves and offer them the opportunity to learn skills that enhance their safety and success.              
              
At Sentis, Tracey specifically applies her knowledge and experience in psychology to improve the safe interaction between people and their working environment. Through ZIP, she focuses upon teaching individuals practical information and useful techniques to improve their personal safety and wellbeing at work and at home. Tracey also has a passionate interest in the relationship between leadership, culture and safety outcomes in the workplace.
