Ali Dale
With a Masters Degree and PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology, Ali has over 10 years experience working as a clinician, trainer and academic. Prior to joining Sentis, Ali held the position as a lecturer in the School of Psychology at Curtin University in Western Australia, where she was involved with the undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs in addiction studies and adult psychopathology. Ali also worked as a psychologist in the area of trauma and substance abuse treatment, as well as running a successful private practice and consultancy service. She has held senior positions in a number of treatment services including Perth Women's Centre, and Next Step Specialist Drug and Alcohol Youth Services where she was the Project Co-ordinator of the innovative and highly successful music and mentoring program.
Ali was also a sought after facilitator and presenter for a number of private, government and non-government organisations within Western Australia and interstate. Ali has had a variety of articles published in books and peer-reviewed journals, co-authored the standards of evidence based practice for the alcohol and drug sector of Western Australia, co-authored a book on addiction counselling, and has been a guest co-editor of a special edition of the Australian Psychologist.
At Sentis, Ali utilises her skills by integrating the latest in research, clinical concepts, and therapeutic tools to help individuals better understand themselves and achieve the results they want from their lives.
Kellie Lewis
Kellie holds a Masters in Performance Psychology and is currently completing her MBA in Finance and Innovation at the University of Western Australia. For over 12 years, Kellie has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups across a wide spectrum of clinical and performance issues. She has worked as a clinician and department manager with the Child, Adolescent and Family Services Division in the national award winning community mental health clinic, The Centre for Behavioural Health, USA. Kellie has also worked extensively with elite sports people on clinical and performance issues, including a number of years at the Australian Institute of Sport, and recently working full-time with the West Coast Eagles Football Club. Just prior to joining Sentis, Kellie was running her own consulting company, applying her performance enhancement work to the corporate sector.
At Sentis, Kellie is utilising her skills and experiences in developing the Western Australia state office. Kellie's key focus areas are managing the Perth Sentis operations and facilitating the development of the Perth team member's personal and professional goals. Kellie is passionate about the work that she does and approaches her days with energy, compassion and professionalism.
