Once ZIP has been implemented within your senior leadership team, it is essential to establish a way of maintaining and embedding the 5 thinking patterns and brain tools. This gives you a much greater return from your ZIP investment. LeaderFocus is a process designed to complement your Manager's meetings. It is a structured process that allows for a constant refreshing of the ZIP learnings regarding the effective use of the brain, the BIG5 safety/wellness attitudes and brain tools, and keeping the information alive in the thinking processes of the leadership team. LeaderFocus works by reviewing activities and achievements of the previous week and planning the coming week with the goal of continuing leadership development with a strong safety orientation. This process is led and maintained by the senior leader and their team.
