The Leader's ZIP is a 4 day process conducted in 2 two-day modules, one month apart.

It is designed to give the participants real insight into their internal processes. It is designed to empower them to make better decisions and to allow them the option of changing the way they respond to their world, particularly in regards to safety.
Day 1 is experiential based, very intensive, extremely informative and interesting to participants. It is conducted in a group format but individual privacy is maintained at all times.
Topics include:
- How my brain works and how I can use it to keep myself safe
- How our belief systems and attitudes are formed and how they affect our safety
- The 5 thinking patterns shown through psychological research to increase personal safety
Day 2 focuses upon cognitive skills designed to give you control over your thinking to increase your personal safety and wellbeing. It gives in-depth insight into these very practical tools to assist the participants to develop the areas that are currently a challenge for them.
Leadersheets
Between Modules 1 and 2, leaders receive support material known as Leadersheets. These resource documents numbering 15 in total, assist the leader to review and reinforce the ZIP learnings and arrive electronically once a fortnight.
Factsheets
Similar to teams, leaders will receive additional support materials between Modules 1 and 2 known as Factsheets. These resource documents review and build upon the information presented in ZIP Module 1 and arrive electronically on a weekly basis for a period of 26 weeks.
Module 2
Day 1 begins with a review of ZIP Module 1 to enhance participants’ learning. The main focus of the day is then to provide leaders with a better understanding of why people with the same training and experience, respond differently to the issue of safety. It also is designed to give leaders training in a powerful psychological framework for understanding people, which enables them to assess the best safety communication style for each person and how to respond to safety challenges on an individual basis.
Day 2 continues on with introducing psychological techniques for influencing the change of unsafe thinking patterns in their people. It is an intensive and powerful session that focuses upon the leadership skill of Straight Talking.
