Training Stage - ZIPSc™ & ZIPAp™

The ZIPSc and ZIPAp are designed specifically for businesses that utilise significant numbers of Subcontractors or employee Apprentices within their operations. It is preferable that ZIPSc is conducted with intact teams of the subcontractor organisation with a representative from your business. The ZIPAp program provides an organisation with the ability to assist in setting helpful thinking patterns for new apprentices joining the business, while they wait to be cycled through the full ZIP process with their respective teams. Both ZIPSc and ZIPAp provide the bare essentials regarding how to use your brain effectively to keep yourself safe, along with the BIG5 thinking patterns. It allows Subcontractors and Apprentices to participate in the safety culture of your business while they are on-site or working within the business, in addition to participating in ZIP maintenance processes. These ZIP programs take place in a one-day format.
