Our History

In 2003, Sentis was created to deliver a new kind of safety training to encourage real and lasting change for organisations and their people. Moving beyond traditional behaviour-based approaches, Sentis introduced the pioneering Zero Incident Process (ZIP) program to target employees at an attitudinal level and help clients break through the safety plateau.

Today, Sentis has empowered more than 300 companies and 150,000 people to think differently about safety. We offer clients a comprehensive suite of solutions, ranging from research and diagnostics through to training, coaching and embedding; enabling their people to move beyond compliance and towards a culture of Safety Citizenship.

But we’ve never lost sight of our mission—to change the lives of individuals and organisations for the better, every day. Our programs have impact beyond the workplace. Participants are empowered, equipped with the knowledge and tools to take control of not only their thinking, but the results they achieve in life.
